The Henan Branch of the Chinese Red Cross offers welcomes both Chinese and foreign citizens to volunteer.  

The Henan Branch of the Red Cross is located at the corner of Huanghe Rd. and Huayuan Rd.  Activities include disaster response, blood donation, first aid training, and health education.  To volunteer or to ask for more information, contact Ms. Dong at 13939068111.  

Those interested in volunteering will be asked to fill out a short registration form and provide 4 passport size photos.  Applicants who successfully complete the initial volunteer training will then be certified as official Red Cross volunteers.  Both Chinese and foreign citizens are encouraged to apply.  Chinese language ability is preferred, but not mandatory.
